Fall FUNdraiser 5K and Festival in Franklin Park for the Shattuck!

I understand there will be no refunds in the unlikely event of a cancellation of this 5K. I as the runner, or as the parent or guardian of the above-named runner, agree to assume all responsibility for any and all risk of damage or injury that may occur to me or the above-named runner as a Shattuck Partners team participant in the Shattuck Partners Second Annual 5K Walk/Run. In consideration of my registration for this event, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, release and discharge Shattuck Partners, Inc., their employees, volunteers and consultants, the City of Boston, and any and all race sponsors from all claims, damages, rights of action, present or future, whether the same be known, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of, or in incident to, my preparation for and participation in this event. I will abide by all City of Boston Parks Department Rules and Regulations, including no consumption of alcohol or use of tobacco or tobacco products in all parks.
